1. Who we are

The store is operated by Mind Money Movement (Pty) Ltd (registration 2024/350331/07), trading as Stillr.co.za, based in Cape Town, South Africa. You can contact us at support@stillr.co.za.

2. Products, pricing & availability

• Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately per our shipping policy.
• We try to describe and picture products accurately, but small variations can occur. Availability can change, and some items are sourced to order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the mistake — we’ll always tell you first.

3. Orders

When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we’ve received it; a contract forms when we accept the order (usually when we dispatch it, or order it in for you). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, payment fails, or we suspect fraud — and we’ll refund any payment already made.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Paystack. By paying, you confirm you’re authorised to use the payment method. We don’t store your full card details.

5. Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our shipping & delivery policy. Your returns, cooling-off and refund rights are set out in our returns & refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Your account

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and let us know of any unauthorised use. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

7. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or infringe our or others’ rights. All content, branding and the Stillr name belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other law that can’t be excluded.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we’d like the chance to put it right. You may also refer a complaint to the relevant consumer body or ombud.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you order is the one that applies. Please also read our privacy policy.
