We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Every product shows how it is fulfilled before you buy: in-stock items ship fast from Cape Town, and sourced-to-order items are bought in for you from our vetted suppliers with a longer, clearly-stated delivery window. This page explains both, so you always know when to expect your order.

How our range is fulfilled

Stillr runs a hybrid model. Every product falls into one of two categories, and its delivery window is always shown on the product page before you buy:

  • In stock (dispatched from South Africa). Held in our Cape Town facility and sent by local courier.
  • Sourced to order. Items we don’t hold locally. When you order one, we buy it from a vetted supplier and bring it in for you. These carry a longer, clearly-stated delivery window.

Delivery timeframes

Timeframes are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

In-stock items

  • Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your payment clearing.
  • Delivery: a further 2–4 business days by courier — typically 2–4 business days total for main centres, a little longer for outlying and regional areas.

Sourced-to-order items

  • Delivery: 7–16 days in total, from payment to your door. This covers procurement, transit into South Africa and local last-mile delivery.
  • The longer window is shown on the product before you buy, so there are no surprises.

If anything is likely to take longer than the window above — for example a supplier or customs delay — we’ll email you and keep you updated. You can cancel a delayed order that hasn’t yet shipped for a full refund.

Delivery costs

  • Flat rate: R99 per order, nationwide.
  • Free delivery on orders over R1000.
  • Live courier rates (door-to-door or to a Pudo locker) may be shown at checkout where available; the price you confirm at checkout is the total you pay.

Couriers & tracking

We ship with reputable South African couriers, including The Courier Guy and Pudo locker-to-locker (via our logistics partner Bob Go). Once your order is dispatched we’ll email you a tracking reference. You can also follow your order from your account at any time.

Import duties & customs

For sourced-to-order items brought in from abroad, we handle importation. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — you will not be asked for additional customs or import fees on delivery.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered or collected, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (a further delivery fee may apply).
